Pretty Girl Wellness Return Policy

At Pretty Girl Wellness, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order.
No exceptions will be made after 30 days.

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

• Product must be unopened
• Product must be unused
• Product must have no visible damage
• Product must be in original packaging

Any item that does not meet all eligibility requirements will not be approved for return.

Restocking Fee

A $5 restocking fee applies to all approved returns and exchanges.
The fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted within 30 days of receipt.
Exchanges are free, excluding the $5 restocking fee applied to the returned item.
Shipping for the replacement item is covered by Pretty Girl Wellness.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Opened products
• Used products
• Products with visible damage
• Products returned after 30 days of receipt

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email hello@prettygirlwellness with the following information:

Subject line format (required):
Order #[Order Number] – Return – [Customer Name]
or
Order #[Order Number] – Exchange – [Customer Name]

Include in the email:

• Order number
• Item(s) being returned or exchanged
• Reason for return or exchange
• Return requests without the required subject line may experience processing delays.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
