Pretty Girl Wellness Shipping Policy

At Pretty Girl Wellness, we take great care in preparing and shipping your order and appreciate your patience as it makes its way to you. Our goal is to ensure your package arrives safely, and we are always here to help if questions arise.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking Updates and Carrier Scans

If your tracking information shows limited or no movement, this does not mean your order has not shipped. In many cases, the carrier has not yet completed the first scan.

Please allow up to 5 business days from shipment for the initial carrier scan to appear.

If there is no scan after 5 business days, please contact us so we can assist.

To help us respond quickly, tracking inquiries must be sent to hello@prettygirlwellness using the following subject line format:

Subject: Tracking Update – Order #[Order Number]

Emails without the required subject line may experience processing delays.

If no scan appears after the 5-business-day window, we will review the shipment and reship your order free of charge if necessary.

In-Transit Delays

If tracking shows your package is in transit but updates appear delayed, this indicates the order has left our facility and is currently with the carrier.

In these cases, the delay is considered carrier-related, but we will:

  • Assist in locating the package
  • Communicate with the carrier on your behalf
  • Initiate a lost package claim if needed

We kindly ask for your patience while we work through the carrier’s resolution process.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us promptly at hello@prettygirlwellness.

We will review the delivery confirmation, assist with the carrier investigation, and reship your order when appropriate.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, Pretty Girl Wellness will replace the order free of charge once the claim process has been initiated.

Chargebacks

We kindly ask that customers contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. When valid tracking information is provided, banks typically reverse chargebacks, which may result in delays or issues with your financial institution.

We are always happy to resolve shipping concerns quickly and fairly and encourage direct communication so we can assist you.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Pretty Girl Wellness is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
